The approach

I am not asking you to romanticize the dead. I am asking you to look at that heap of decay and see the truth: there is death and there is life there.
From the decaying matter of life, we find the most nutrient rich grounds for new worlds. The death of one person, dream, or future decomposes into the particulate matter needed for a new world.
In death, there are lessons: new realizations and new clarities.

A creature that consumes death and decay, transmuting it into new life.
From thanatos, Greek for death, and the elephant, a symbol of remembrance.
My motto is to die “livefully.” Living as dying. To reckon with life is to reckon with death.
By integrating the dead, like an elethant, you honor their life.
